2. Free Shipping
Eligibility:
- We offer free shipping anywhere in India for orders with a cart value of ₹700 or above.
- For orders below ₹700, a nominal shipping fee will be charged based on whether the delivery is in a rural or urban area.
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing and shipping may take longer.
3. Delivery Restrictions
Delivery Locations:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
- Deliveries to rural areas may require additional time.
4. Order Cancellations
By the Customer
- If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately.
- If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
- For perishable goods, cancellation is allowed, but the product cost will be borne by the customer.

Proud72 reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- If the product is listed at an incorrect price.
- If there are unforeseen issues with the order.
In such cases, the customer will be informed, and a 100% refund will be provided.
Non-Delivery or Late Delivery
- If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or unavailability of the recipient), any additional costs for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
5. Replacement and Refund Policy
At Proud72, we take every precaution to ensure that the products you receive are in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, the following issues may occur:
- Damaged during transit.
- Manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect product delivered.
Conditions for Replacement / Refund
We will replace the item or issue a full refund under these circumstances:
- The request for replacement/refund is made within 5 days of receiving the package.
- If the package shows visible signs of leakage or damage, please refuse delivery and return it to the courier immediately.
Note: Goods once accepted cannot be returned unless they meet the conditions listed above.
Process for Replacement / Refund
- Email us at theproud72@gmail.com with your Order Number and the Reason for replacement / refund.
- Do not send items for return / replacement without prior confirmation from Proud72.
If the Replacement Item is Unavailable
- We will provide the best possible alternatives.
- The customer’s choice will be final.
- If the product is unavailable and payment has already been made, a 100% refund will be issued.
6. Delivery Timelines
- We aim to deliver products within 2-7 working days using third-party logistics providers.
- If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, Proud72 reserves the right to cancel the order.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timelines may be extended due to unforeseen factors such as:
- Logistical issues.
- Weather conditions.
- Strikes or natural disasters.
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer via their registered email or mobile number about the anticipated delay.
